Orthopedic Surgeon
NYU Langone
955 5th Ave
New York, NY 10075
Dear Dr. Lenzo,
I am contacting you to express my interest in working as a medical assistant for NYU Langone. I found out about this position through my job search. I am currently attending the Sophie Davis Biomedical Education Program as a first-year student. Under the program, I will receive my B.S. degree in Biomedical Sciences in June 2023, and I will receive my M.D. degree at the CUNY School of Medicine in June 2027.
In my journey to become a medical doctor, I understand the importance of getting adequate experience in various medical areas that interest me. With this, I would love to work in this productive and friendly working environment. Additionally, I feel that I am well qualified for this job. Through past positions and internships, I have good experience in scheduling appointments, answering patients’ phone calls, and processing and organizing medical records. I also look forward to gaining even more knowledge such as verifying insurance and collecting copays.
I look forward to talking further with you about this job opportunity. Please feel free to contact me at my number, 917-434-0462, or [email protected]. Thank you for giving me this opportunity and I hope you can get back to me soon.
Best Regards,
